Key Skills / Responsibilities - Responsible for project/program management of multiple critical software projects that will require management of project activities across all participating functional areas. Project assignments could be broad in nature requiring conceptualization and analysis. Plan and supervise activities for multiple mid-size and large-scale projects. Initiate and drive project planning activities such as Statement of Work and Management (WBS, Project Change Control, SOW), Stakeholder Identification and matrix, Human Resource Management, Risk & Issues Management, Communication Management, project financials, and regular project status reporting Set and manage Project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas are engaged on the programs. People Management, Communication Management, Project financials, and regular project status reporting. Prepare and conduct informal and formal presentations dependencies and critical path Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring resource estimates, overall project timeline, project milestones, task dependencies and critical path Control and track project performance in respect to Time, Cost, and Quality by constantly evaluating project progress, conducting regular team status meetings, reporting project status on periodic basis to management and the project team, executing and updating management plans as necessary, resolving issues and maintaining documentation Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring resource estimates, overall project timeline, project milestones, and task.

Job Description

• 10-12 years of overall IT experience with minimum of 5 years project management experience in large & mid-size scale implementations in application development and mobility using industry standard methodologies.
  Demonstrable successful track record in the delivery of desktop, web and mobile applications and solutions for multiple clients preferably in BFSI and CPG domain. 
  Experience working on industry standard Project management tools and processes with focus on agile methodologies.
  Familiar with .NET and mobile technologies. Previous experience in mobile applications deployment on app stores highly desirable.
  Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of client personnel and adept at strategic and tactical thinking.
  Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals. 
  Capability to contribute to the creation of an environment that motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team.
  Excellent oral and written communication skills is mandatory.
