Job Description
. Project Initiation and Planning.
. Requirements gathering co-ordination
. Work with customer on dependencies resolution
. Work with vendors at senior level for resolution of issues and risks
. Creation and maintenance of Project Plan
. Project documentation covering planning, artefact's, issue and risk
register, reporting and technical documents
. Effective knowledge transfer to operations or RUN
. Lead a team of onsite as well as offshore resources
. Conversant with technology, especially infrastructure and
application management and monitoring
. Sharp focus on the scope and timely delivery.
. Identify risks and mitigation plans well in advance.
. Report daily, weekly and monthly as per project requirements.
. Deliver the project deliverables within budget and schedule
Skills:
. Must have strong communication and organizational skills
. Must be a certified PMP.
. Knowledge of ITIL framework
. Good hands on knowledge on various BSM tools from ServiceNow and HP
. Experience in dealing with people, process and technology issues
within the project.
. Work with a team of diverse skill set and helping everyone work
together for a common overall solution.
. Ability to deal effectively with changes in the project scope.
. Excellent verbal communication skills
. Excellent documentation skills for technical and process
documentation
. Ability to lead a team, work independently and report to senior
program managers.
. Must be able to take initiative in the interest of company and its
customers.
. Good communication/ good attitude, commitment and dedication.
