senior Program Manager for Enterprise Mobility, please initiate the hiring process. Below information is available in the JD document. Value Proposition : (Internal Only) • The Enterprise Mobility Unit has the mission to deliver best in class Digital platforms and Capabilities creating and running end-to-end mobility services and solutions, impacting consumers across the globe.
Roles And Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of 15-20 multi-skilled resources comprising of Technical Architects, Android & iOS Developers, QAs, BAs & DBAs and oversee the delivery of mobile solutions to clients in US and India. • Deliver mobile solutions based on organization's roadmap, client requirements and markets' demands, including study phase, design, build and deployment. • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of end-to-end mobile development and deliver as per contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost/profitability targets, and schedule targets. • Build and develop a high-performance mobility team and ensure delivery of high quality mobile apps with a clear focus on reliability, stability, and performance. • Administer, orchestrate and control the workforce and manage operational responsibilities that includes but not limited to staffing, goal setting, appraisals, attrition management etc. - Monitor and control the development progress versus schedule and budget; identify and analyze risk management issues, and devise plans to mitigate/minimize risks. • In collaboration with the Mobility Architect and Sales, play a key role in growing the Mobility business by executing strategic roadmap. • Ensure all projects are consistent with customer objectives, strategic plans and in alignment with Visionet's mobile strategy. • Confirm alignment of customer expectations and project goals. Ensure proper quality assurance and user acceptance of solutions prior to implementation. • Develop organization/customer RoI metrics for project, based on customer objectives. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders including, Client Executives, Sales, and Enterprise Architect. Requirements • 14-16 years of overall IT experience with minimum of 5 years- experience in large scale implementations in mobile software consulting services using an industry standard methodology. • Demonstrable successful track record in the delivery of mobile applications and solutions for multiple clients . • Strong experience of working in the pre-sales cycle, bid preparation, POC delivery and client demos. • Experience working on industry standard Project management tools and processes with focus on agile methodologies. • Familiar with mobile development and mobile technologies. Previous experience in mobile applications deployment on app stores highly desirable • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels
